Manager Fabio very friendly and helpful, explained how everything worked as we had never been there before. Molly really sweet at counter Chimichangas delicious.

Wonderful fresh food. You can never go wrong with this place, it's healthy, decently priced and has a great atmosphere and people.

Literally every time I go and get the same item, the quality is all over the place. The meat will all be clumped in one spot, the chips are literally coated in seasoning and/or under fried, cheese isn't melted, just always something wrong.

Ate here again after a long hiatus of being out of town. Food is still spectacular. It was Throwback Thursday and had the Chicken burrito along with the Tijuana trio. Service was a little lacking as it seemed they may be short-handed. We did have to ask for refills on chips, guac, and queso; however, they cheerfully refilled and gave us lids to go. This is the VERY reason I love to come here. I will definitely be back!

So over waiting for access to a handwashing station before eating my Tuesday lunch. The bathroom serves only one at a time while there are hundreds of seated patrons... Maybe the fire marshal Should be informed of occupancy rates during busy hours. Corporate profit does not reflect the thought put toward guest comfort at this popular lunch concept...

Food was great, service was great... Had some friends from Denmark come into town and they enjoyed it... They love the hot sauce bar, but wouldn't try any....

Small portions makeup my meals everytime I visit. I feel the cost is very high for food that is not really amazing. I'm sure this restaurant depends on its sauce bar to help customers overlook the low quality, low volume food. I'm always very hungry after I leave. I will do what I can to avoid this restaurant in the future.

This place is so good. Service is quick but not as good as the previous team used to be. Food is awesome. Could get more for your money though but the Flautas are insane.

Great food, pleasant atmosphere, and friendly service.

We go for Taco Tuesday. It is pretty noisy but if you go really you can get a seat. The help the is great & the salsa bar is interesting. We would like some fresh choices on the salsa bar. We do order the salsa for in our tacos. We also like the choice of hard (corn) or soft (flour) tortillas. Over all a good value.

Food itself was okay but the hot sauce is the draw. Elijah's is the best if you like hot hot. The rest were mild to moderate hot. Sally is quite flavorful. Good Verde sauce. Churros were a plus. The service is outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Good food, friendly atmosphere

I love Tijuana Flats and have eaten at a few of their Orlando locations so was very happy to find this location while traveling. Sometimes some locations have gluten free chips, when I asked here, they said the chips are fried in the same oil with wheat and all their food may be cross contaminated. So I ordered the safest option, a burrito bowl, and without even asking, the lady putting in my order told the prep person to change their gloves and do a list of things to serve me the safest possible food. That is great service! The food was really good and was brought out quickly. I really liked the zoo themed Tijuana Flats decor. Next time I'm passing through I'll be stopping in again.

I come here frequently and usually get respectable service and for the most part consistent food. Today was not one of those days. I ordered a chicken salad to go. When I arrived home I found the salad was just that, a salad, with no other veggies, no cheese, and no chicken. Had to go back and get a new order. They did refund me, but the back was filled with HS kids just hanging out. Maybe it's time for some adult supervision back there...

Great food and great atmosphere!

Order placed through their app was not ready. When we tried to call about it, we kept getting that the number was not in service. The point behind curbside is to preserve social distancing, but we can't do that if we can't reach the establishment.

We typically only go here on Taco Tuesdays but it was nice to go on a Sunday night...quiet and not crowded and could hear the music. I'm on WW and 2 chicken tacos ppwerlite with one sauce is 12 points, 9 if you get blackened but the red chicken is worth the extra points. Great service and a good quick casual meal.

Food was good. The only drawback is the location could really use more seating. When I go next time it will def be after 1:30

Always a winner, my son's favorite taco spot. Kids hard shell chicken and black beans. Comes with chips, applesauce (or m&m's) and apple juice (or soda). One kids taco is 6.49 with tax

Love the food just slow as they make to order

Food was as expected; good. Staff was very good and helpful. Fairly quiet and comfortable. Was able to eat peacefully alone without disruption even though it was fairly busy for lunchtime. Access to the facility was not too bad for a busy shopping mall location. Always enjoy the selection of hot sauces available. Would go back again.

I am a first time customer. A waitress showed us where the menus were and said for us to sit anywhere we liked and order at the register when we are ready. Lady running the register was knowledgeable about the menu. I'm not a picky eater. The big win is my fiance can be and she loved her steak quesadilla and enjoyed my chicken bowl. Staff periodically asked if we needed a refill or anything off or table which was also awesome.

Food was fantastic. Staff was very good. Great place to grab tasty mexican food, seating is limited and it's definitely a hot spot so be prepared depending on the time to not be able to sit and enjoy your meal. More seating would make this a 5 star establishment
